In a clear voice and steps (I love it when the author narrates their own audio!), helps you kick start or re-examine options that fit, and do not fit, your short term and long term needs. Does a good job, worth the price

The content is very well laid out and gives a great BASIC understanding and overview of passive income investing. Well worth the low price.

Narrator is really good with a few hiccups and mistakes here and there.
