Every city has one. That place, neighborhood, or borough where the forgotten live, where the once great land when they fall, where the tarnished and corrupt shine, and where justice and fairness caught the last train out of town. Somewhat boring

I don't recall buying this but noticed it in my library so I thought I'd give it a listen. I tried to get into it but I just couldn't. It was pretty boring for me.
