Strength-building and self-confidence booster!

Really enjoyed all of the affirmations in this audiobook. It delved into different insecurities of mine and was able to boost my self-confidence by reminding me of what I am truly capable of doing and accomplishing on my own. By deconstructing all of the fears I've had to think about again and again because it's been ingrained in my head for years, this audiobook is able to rebuild the faith I had lost in myself.

I truly appreciate how the author was able to curate such uplifting words and narratives. Would definitely highly recommend!

Encouraging reminders to listen to every morning

Encouraging affirmations to uplift our self-confidence and self-love for the entire day. I enjoyed listening to this audiobook early in the morning, and it helped me to start my day with positive energy. I could perfectly identify

I have experienced several similar and near-identical situations as the author describes in her audiobook. I could perfectly identify with the emotions and outrage the author expressed, and with how she presented the affirmations as a helpful coping mechanism. The audiobook is narrated with feeling and compassion and contains interesting references for further reading.

I Am A Queen

I love the affirmations from this book. It focuses on loving and accepting yourself as you are but also knowing that you are capable of doing more. No being mean to yourself or beating up yourself.

I am not black but the message of this book resonated with me as I grew up surrounded with people stereotyping and I also experienced bullying first hand. It affected my confidence. The affirmation in this book is helpful for me to keep unlocking the beliefs that isn’t serving me and creating a new one that will serve me.
