Incredible raw fascinating story!!!

A sad reality for the people who lives in the middle of Brazil where sometimes culture can be stronger then the law.
There is a lot of details in the book and the narration was great almost dramatized.
I love Klester’s work as a investigative reporter and as a writer!!! He is willing to go to places and have conversations with people on the fringes of our society.
The stuff Klester goes after is too real and too raw! Depending on the bubble you live in, you’ll think this is fiction. But it really isn’t!!

Great book! Definitely recommend it!

Not what I expected

I could only get through the first hour or so. The author seems like he wants to write about sex more than assassinations. I think he killed one person until I couldn’t take it anymore. He better pick up the pace if he had to kill another 500 or whatever the number was.

Not sure what I thought it was going to be

This story just drags on and on. I thought it was a true crime "ice man" type story. It is not. I listen as background noise during my work day, this one was easy to not be distracted by. I could walk away from it, forget I left it playing, and not miss a beat in the story.
