So maybe I mixed things up a wee bit and took Ellis on a tiny road trip that he might not have been privy to. Ellis doesn’t seem to overly mind. I mean, yeah, maybe he tried blinding me with aerosol spray… or maybe I was just blinded by his handsome smile.

The problem is that Ellis is in danger, but he knows nothing about this world he’s been thrown into. He’s sweet, kind, and has the biggest heart of anyone I’ve ever met. And I’m prepared to protect it at all costs.

Contains a charming man who lays on a Scottish accent to get his way, a bewildered vet tech who’s wondering why everyone around him is so strange, a parrot who may or may not want to steal Tavish’s man, and the Hitman’s Guide crew up to their usual hijinks.

Every time I’m thinking about Alice winters stories it gives me great joy because it’s so funny. It’s so creative and I just can’t believe how her mind works.
These characters no matter how crazy they get is just makes sense because the world she creates makes me wanna live in it.
Every time I hear about a book she released I buy it right away with the credit or cash. It doesn’t matter because I need her books !!

I definitely laughed out loud

Super cute, though I was getting a little bored with the plot. everything is so goofy though, that it makes up for it. I love every Alice Winters book. and Michael, thank you for the song at the end. Beautiful. 😂 You're great.

Wonderful from start to finish

The only thing I dislike about this book, or any of Alice Winters books, is that they end.

Laughed Out Loud

This was a delightfully entertaining book in the Hitman series. Leland’s banter is annoying at times but when the story can make me laugh out loud, it’s a good one.
Listen through to the credits, even those are funny.
Fabulous narration!!!!

Always LOVE Alice Winter’s books. The song at the end of the book is a masterpiece! Feriolo is amazing!!

The funniest Alice Winters Book to date!

This has to be one of Alice’s funniest books to date. Probably one of the funniest I’ve ever read. I was hooked from page one, and cracking up the entire time. It’s fun seeing a different side to Tavish, and I lovvveeeee Ellis so much! He is everything you didn’t know this series was missing. As soon as I finished this, I wanted to start it all over again. 10/10 - 5 stars - one of my top reads of the year!!

This whole series has been completely incredible. I truly hope this isn’t the full end, and just god this all has been a true work of pure art. And the narrater OMG this man is so incretabley perfect for these caracters and dam his singing is pretty impressive. Every last book in this series has been added to my favorites instantly. Alice and Michael truly amazing. I can’t find words to properly show how much I loved this series. Thank you Alice, Michael, and, who ever els for making this book as awesome as it is.
