Dry but great information

This is great for coaches who may not be getting the best out of their players. Being able to tie their theories and factual research and quotes from professional athletes helps you understand that the mental aspect is just as important as the physical aspect of the game.

The reading itself is a bit dry and can be easy to mind wander.

100% recommend this book!!

Only on Chapter 10 and I absolutely LOVE this book!!! Every athlete, in any sport should read/listen to this book!!!!

Great book, robotic narration

Excellent content but really tough listen due to poor narration. Very robotic, multiple times was convinced it was AI. Makes me want to purchase the hard copy so I can read myself

Performance

The content, which is extraordinary, is insulted by the narrator. His pattern of speaking trumps punctuation to the point where the reading is nonsensical at times. The exact same one inflection throughout the reading sounds like a newly sentient robot.
