The Love Series is a poetry compilation and narrative written and read by Houston-based author and poet Kathleen Tolbert.

The timeline begins after Hurricane Harvey on the momentous Labor Day weekend she met her now-husband. The intimate story and original poetry that follow chronicle a journey of rediscovering love in the unlikeliest of places.

Contents include production by Kendale “KD20Mil" Thomas and a special contribution from the one with firsthand knowledge of the undertaking of breaking down the barriers of a woman who may have given up on lasting love.
