Thank you Candace for your so raw and very real words. This book was inspiring. It pushes you to not allow the circumstances of life to steal, kill or destroy the Joy that the Lord has put in your heart.

Wonderful

This book is amazing. Candace shares her life story and her journey to find Defiant Joy. As I listened to this while doing my house hold duties I found myself having to hit pause several times to write down what she had just said bc it was that good and I wanted to remember it. I am going to listen to it again but this time while I sit with pen and paper.

I’m inspired by this woman

Looks like Sadness but with the voice of Joy — Candace Payne has clearly had her struggles in life but they have not stolen her joy. I enjoyed this book more than I expected to. I hope everyone can read this book to find and embrace the joy inside themselves to live in true spiritual freedom.
