Over the MOON!

I'm over the moon that the decision was made to continue this series! I have listened to Season 1 repeatedly and couldn't get enough of Nameless. I LOVE his character and the intrigue the story offers. Thank you Amazon Originals for this unique program! Thank you Dean Kootz for sharing your amazingly, talented imagination!

Enjoyable listen

Great way to pass the time while stitching . Easy to follow but not boring.

A good story.

Ballerini is a great reader. He handles the sometimes long explanations of the author well. I liked the ending to. Ace of Spades covers every base.

Another Success

I love these short stories. interesting scenarios, truth and justice prevail, some twist and turns and generally a happy ending

Wouldn't expect anything less!

As usual, Dean writes an interesting story that is not predictable! I love the contrast between the good characters and the evil ones. The narrator had the perfect voice for this series. I will look for him in the future also. I got the book and Audible free on my tablet but had to pay for them on my phone. I've never had that happen before but I was half way into book one and didn't want to wait to finish it! I highly recommend this book!

Nameless

I listened to the First season and found it too morose, I did enjoy the final book of the last season.
Now that I'm familiar with the character, its better.
Good story, Great narrator!
looking forward to hearing the rest of the story!

Nameless and Partner

This is the first book of season two of Nameless. I loved the first season, the premise is fascinating and the stories are taut thrillers. I'm glad there is a season two, but this would be a fantastic novel.

This book is a bit different from the first series. A good portion of it is spent underground and Nameless has a partner, a young boy. This is a longer story than the others and a great deal of time is spent on ruminations about society. I did love the ending, just deserts for both of the villains. The outcome was particularly interesting, since it was the one thing the protagonist never expected. Narration by Eduardo Ballerini is fantastic as usual. On to book two.

Nameless season 2

Great start, enjoyed the storyline, excellent narration. I love Nameless and reccomend it. Can't to listen to part 2.

Suspenseful

I Loved It. I love all of the Nameless series. I especially love the story and the ending.

Ringing hollow.

I used to love Dean's books. In the 90s he was a master of creating paranormal suspense from purely natural means. In the 00s he started to tinge more books with supernatural elements, but the thrills still came from his ability to write believable people and breathtakingly real psychosis. This story falls well flat of that.

This story feels so ungrounded in reality that I can't connect with it. I didn't have that problem with Season 1, so I'm assuming it's a problem with this particular episode. It felt like I had no understanding of the villan, he was generic and bland. I think the author was trying so hard not to offend anyone's politics that he couldn't write a believable politician villan.
