Good story, audio a little hooky

I enjoyed the story immensely. I liked the way the preppers at first believed humans would be helpful and kind. I also liked the biblical references. I listened fire audiobook, I thought the narrator was a little cheesy the way she tried to do the male voices. All the men sounded the same, a little dumb and stupid. , Even the intelligent ones. But at least she tried, it helps us to know which character was talking. 

THE LONGEST NIGHT

These EMP Books with me is hit and miss. They have to have a good storyline to hold my attention. This one does. There is gangs and people who thinks they can rack up with the power shut down. Stealing everything they can. There is a big gang thats taken over the city, area. They want the towne ranch. They run into people who can and will fight back. There is a big gun fight at the end.
