Great western!

Loved the story and narrator! Good action ands some romance mixed in. I’m looking for more books by RO Lane!

My new favorite western writer

Great and unique western story that deals with specifics in The background that is unique to traditional books of this genre. The sections with his visit to the gun and binocular factories and training are the best. I like the business like aspects of the marshall especially when he deals with money, lawyers and bankers. He is astute with money and developing a prosperous life with ranching, horses and getting the bad guys etc. Will Fein is a classic good guy in many ways with family, horses and people. I love westerns because they are entertaining and you always get the satisfaction of finishing the book fast. The narrator is perfect and enjoyable unlike some others that distract or annoy. Please give us more Mr. Lane, you are a great writer:-). One final suggestion, please get your kindle books to sync with audible immersion, whisper sync etc. I love to use all of the wonderful Amazon reading features.

Enjoyed this book from beginning to end! It moves along at a nice pace & kept me interested! The narrator did an outstanding job. Looking forward to the rest of the series!

Will's layed back and patient personality as he deals with people and his calm manner in dangerous situstions.

Will's love for Virginia and the children. His friendship with Issum. and his family and the rescue of Sadie after her husband had been killed.

I enjoyed the book. it's quite good had its typical Western Outlook good guy gets the girl, and rides off into the sunset.

This is hands down one of the best and funnest US Marshal stories out there. I highly recommend to listen and highly recommend Netflix or Prime turn it to a series. It’ll be a blockbuster!

I Loved This Book

It’s everything this woman wants in a western. It’s not too violent, or graphic. And the hero does good things for people.
I highly recommend this book when you want a lighter kind of Western Expansion reading/listening. There’s less violence than Johnstone, L’Amour, Grey etc… and lots more dealing with women.
Lane has created a world that’s less painful; it’s also a bit less meaty. Sometimes I had a hard time staying focused and I needed to repeat.
I’m ready to listen to his next book.
