Profound truth made simple

This is my first Gita experience and I am so glad this was my first. Profound spiritual teachings of Krishna brought to me in a straightforward manner and with presence that it gave me the depth of teachings!

The essence is the message

As you listen to the text, recognize that the battle is not external but internal. Remove all biases and receive this, not as dogma, but as an evolving lesson to grow from experience. The purpose of “religion” Is to bring one back to self. To remember and to shed the layers we’ve been taught to believe. We already know, we just need to empty our cup so we can remember.
