Looking back over the years, my way of living has changed as a result of my actions. It started with anger and sickness and evolved into a life of experimentation and accountability.

I took charge of what I was able to control.

I drew my eyes open a little wider.

I learned how to say yes, how to say no.

In the meantime, I learned to be kinder to myself.

I started loving myself.

I started giving back to myself.

You may think right now that your existence is transient. You may believe with all certainty that you are unlovable and too flawed and too much or too less and too small or too big!

What you don't realize is that this world was created solely for you to see among billions of beating hearts and blinking eyes!

That no one else can look at the moon as it floats down the lane as you do! That no two pairs of eyes see the deep plum colour in the same way! So hold on.

Hold on for a moment and wonder at the trillions of atoms that make us all the same while still making us so different. It's precious and unusual to have a sense of responsibility for the toxic tendencies that outweigh the positive in you. Are you ready to take the next step to cope with your demons? If you are follow my words they will lead you to a path of success.
