A local schoolgirl is murdered. Her husband is behind bars. Did he do it?
A year ago, after the devastating loss of their unborn child, Viola and Alex Watson leave Denver and start over in a tranquil town in Tennessee.
Viola is pregnant again, but her new life is about to collapse around her.
Alex is arrested for the murder of an Aston High schoolgirl who went missing three months ago.
Viola refuses to believe her husband is a murderer.
Eventually, the truth will unmask the real killer, and Alex will come back home.
But things are not always what they seem.
In her search for answers, Viola finds out the hard way that sometimes the truth can only be found in dark places. And once it’s out in the open, it has the power to expose the best-kept secrets and to punish both the innocent and the guilty.
The twists and turns in this gripping psychological suspense will leave you breathless.
What audiences are saying about The Janitor's Wife.
“This book kept me hooked trying to figure out who to trust and who was telling the truth and who lies. It kept me guessing right up till the end.” (Charlie WLTB Blog)

Ok, where to begin….So, I wasn’t wowed by this audiobook but didn’t find it to be completely horrible either. I think I just found it to be predictable. Very predictable..The book started out real strong but half way through it started to fall apart. Gradually, each chapter became more and more unbelievable to me. It felt as though one author wrote the first half, and another the second.
The narration by Tara Novie was good though, really good. Unfortunately, not good enough to be credit-worthy.
