Loved it! Enveloped by the storytelling, intergenerational power and magic. Devoured this book wonderful just great.

Captivating!

Loved this so much! I couldn't stop, almost finished in a day. The characters are intresting, the secrets are enchanting, and the family is relatable. The details painted a wonderful picture. I don't want it to end. I have 10 more chapters.

Likes the story but wonder if

I liked the story but have mixed feelings about the supernatural part…. Wonder if the mystery had been less supernatural and more mundane how it would play out … but still likes it.

My recommendation: Get this book now.

Took me to another world.

In my opinion, multicultural stories, I’ve heard have been enjoyable. This book does not disappoint. It takes you to lands of magic and legends through generations of family members.

Loved this imaginative, fantastical story. It felt like a fairytale. The writing was superb and the narrator was perfect for the story. Highly recommend.

The magic was beautiful, captivating, strange, mysterious and weird all throughout, I loved it! I want more stories like this.

Interesting, Good, but rushed.

Overall I enjoyed the story. I did enjoy the characters, and the premise of the story. The ending felt incredibly rushed though, like it all smooshed together to try and get it over with.
