Resumen del Editor

After their near-fatal battle with Poseidon, Charlotte and Zee would love nothing more than to relax and forget all over again that the Greek gods are real. But with the world in peril and no one else to save it, that just isn’t an option. Charlotte and Zee meet the Prometheans, an ancient brotherhood trying to protect mankind from the whims of the gods, who think they might have finally found a weapon capable of bringing Zeus to his knees. But using this weapon will come at a great cost, one Charlotte and Zee are not willing to pay. They strike out on their own for Mount Olympus, with the Prometheans, an angry Chimera, and all sorts of mythological beings on their tail…

Super kids, Pathetic pantheon

- [x] Slightly more feminine, slightly more pedantic, slightly younger (8th grade) version of PJackson. Don’t worry, the second person narration is but a brief intro to the real story. Phew! On the other hand, as rare as Poseidon’s feathers, heroine Charlotte actually has parents. Again don’t worry, they are as clutsy as her teacher is ominous. And otherworldly chaos reigns thisworldly until the human children can put things right. Take that, you pathetic pantheon. Sorry, not you Zeus; you can continue speed dating with cuddly mortal librarians. As for the poor protagonists, while they may be skipping high school on their way to the Ivy league, they could be grounded like forever for their quickie trips to the underworld, Greece or wherever. I, meanwhile, could find no compelling reasons to finish the book, not that others should follow my lead. You might want to find out if the kids can save humanity.
