they guy narrating can be a bit eeh but otherwise it was definitely an interesting story all the way around

great story
Great story.... awful narration.
When asking a question your voice should go up. At the end of a sentence your voice should go down.
There was no distinction between the characters by the narrator. So kind of hard to follow Sometimes.

Narrator and story do not match!
Narration was extremely irritating. Male voice for a young female character. Narrator has a hard time adjusting his tone to show emotion.
Story line is Ok. I would highly recommend reading vs listening.

Disappointed
Besides the awful choice of narrator, the books was a lot of build up for such a lackluster ending. In gaming terms the entire final book was the MC doing side quests instead of the main quest.
This is not a romance. There was no romance in it besides a couple kissing scenes.
There were so many side characters and I didn’t care about any of them.
It wasn’t at all what I was expecting and I’m super disappointed I wasted a credit on this.

Loved this story
I really liked this story, but I didn't like the narrator. He was a good narrator, just not for this story. The main character was a young girl and he couldn't change his voice enough for me to differentiate between the characters. However, the storyline made up for it! It would have been a 5 star book if it had a different narrator.

Disappointed
I am struggling to finish the 3 books. The story is great but the choice of narrator is awful. The main character is a woman and his inflection just throughs me off.

Right book wrong narrator....
So the books are fun but the reader is not it. First a male reader for a female main doesn't work at least not in this instance. First the female character doesn't sound female at all. The main male leads do not sound different enough, which makes it more of a challenge to pay attention to. As an example one is French and another is Ukrainian yet they don't sound any different. When he does put an accent in it slips within a few sentences. He also has an issue with his flow.

Meh
Horrible narrator choice. I could deal with the a male reading for a female part but the way he read just distracted me throughout the whole series. The story was too slow and went around in circles. I fast forwarded through 50% or more out of each book.

Uhhggg
The narrator man DOES NOT MATCH the character who’s a young young woman— very irritating! I’ll keep listening in hopes that the story redeems this annoyance 🤷♀️
