The narrator has lovely French? But there is no such word as jew-lu-ry! it grates in a story where it is paramount! The word is jew-el-ry.

I had to stop and buy the book.
I enjoy books on tape but I didn’t realize this one was going to be riddled with acting and impersonations. Admittedly, I usually do nonfiction so maybe this is a norm but it felt elementary and I couldn’t get past that. If it is the norm, it’s actually very good.
The story is great, I bought the book to finish.
