Using their limited resources, she finds her way into a maze of greed and desperation and into the clutches of people who don’t care who gets hurt as long as they get what they want.

Casey, determined that no one else should die because of the desires of one group of criminals, finds herself defending not only herself, but also the teenagers, a few other kind locals, and perhaps even the trucking industry itself.

I can't get enough

I highly recommend this series. The relationship between Death and Casey is unique and interesting. I love that Death has a since of humor and has taken an interest in life. It's a very cool concept.

I can't wait for the next one

This is a great book. I read that there will only be three in the series. While I will be sad to see the end, I will be happy to know how it ends. I bought it when I was half way through the first book. This is a great series. The next book can't get here fast enough.
