Characters

It could have used a bit of a reprise of the Talon episode so the characters where clearer. Also some of the movements of the characters are not clear. But overall, a lot of fun in the Salender tradition

Where’s Blomquist?

Millennium is gone. Blomquist in his mid 60’s has almost nothing to do with the new book. Even Lizbeth takes a back seat for most of it. Its all about her barely teenage niece. Ive listened to all the other books multiple times. This is the least Solander and Blomquist of them all and by far the worst of the 8.

Needs clarification

it would be better if at the start of a chapter, when the character changed, there was a reference at the start, I wasn't always sure WHO they were talking about, till halfway through the chapter, I would have to go back once, I figured it out. also, starting a Chapter with letting us know if it was in the past or present.

Confusing

Story line a bit confusing on who was who because multiple things going on in the story

Worst book of the series

Hard to follow the story, weak plot and confusing characters. Main character are losing their zest!

Decent story, good narration!

Very convoluted… not as suspenseful as previous novels. Not enough of Lisbet Salander(sp?) none of her usual retribution

Excellent continuation of the Millinium Series

Excellent continuation of the Millinium Series. The story continues with details on today’s issues, and characters who are invincible can’t want for the next book.

Disappointing

I enjoy and have listened to the other books of this series multiple times. However, this book makes me think the series has run its course. Reusing a villain/character seemed lazy to me. There was not enough Lizbeth in this book, she seemed to be a way to carry on the series and not the focus anymore. It was a good run. I will relisten to earlier books and will rewatch the Swedish series that I have on DVD but I have little interest in ever reading more.

Another great addition to the Girl With the Dragon Tattoo collection. KS’s writing is a great tribute to Mr Larson’s legacy.

I enjoyed the way the authoress adhered to Steig Lardon’s body of work and vision. Excellent!
