Read this book and you’ll want to read more.
I was so impressed by James Wood’s The Fun Stuff, that I began adding to my Audible and Kindle wish lists books and authors he had brilliantly analyzed in his insightful essays. If you listen to or read this book you will want to read more. I highly recommend it.

Really is fun
Hesitant to write a review of a book by a professional reviewer. I can't match his expertise. What I appreciate of him is he is a generous reader. A sacred and rare thing. Here he expands a bit beyond reading too, and such a perspective is a wonderful way to live. So he deserves a 5 star review, and I'm going to stop here before I say something stupid. I write these reviews quickly without excessive consideration, else I wouldn't write them at all. So, Mr JW, thanks! May we all have our lives' stories read by someone with your generosity of spirit.
