Great Read!!!

I've really enjoyed many of Cami's books and this is one of the best. I highly recommend it.

Good but the stereotypes

I like the book but the stereotypes about black people was weird to hear because I am black. But I guess I understand the need to describe Mariah and her brother. Nothing bad was said but I wish it wasn’t the typical the young single black mom and star athletic brother.

Entertaining and whimsical

The narrator brought this book to life, was pleasing to ear. It was a little predictable but overall I enjoyed the book for a sappy romance. Will listen to it again.

Nice story but could use a little more

I loved the other stories along with this one. I wished this story could have included the characters from the other stories like the reunited with her and got back in touch.....it could have used just a little more. As far as the POC, it isn't bad. I am a POC, single mom of 4 and work long hours so I related to Mariah. I don't see anything wrong as it give relatable points. Shouldn't be upset about it if it hits home.

I have loved all of Cami's books so far! I have not only enjoyed each story but have learned something valuable from every one of them! She is a fabulous storyteller! And Amy McFadden is the perfect narrator bring her stories to life.
I am an avid reader with eclectic tastes. I enjoy Cam's stories especially for her sense of humour, imagination all leaving me with hope & happy feelings!

touched my heart ...

this one was so sweet. it touched my heart & some old memories of my own.{tissue box time}.love the backdrop area, the old houses filled to the rafters with those memories, the good, bad & ugly ones. but cami checketts endings seem to all end in a good heart's place. not sappy. just real life, and you don't really have to be worth all the "bucks$$". well one more for me, then some serious research on next selections avail. thru audible and plus. thank you🙏❤️✌️💋

Great non graphic romance stories!

This author is a wonderful romance story writer! She is more like aHallmark movie that offers non graphic love scenes from a Christian pinpoint of view. I’m glad I finally found these books!
