This is an excellent book on learning how to become a more effective public speaker. The book takes you through steps to become better and more confident. My favorite is the discussions on the practice using the power stance. This stance adds to your confidence and when practicing in front of a mirror, does wonders! As an adult, I have always been afraid of public speaking which is weird because I used to do it as a child all the time!
