Love this series little hard to see where it was going but now book 2 clears it up Can't wait for book 3

Love the fast action

The Dragon Twins series are awesome. Each next book in series is even better than the previous one. The action is fast and twisting. If I had any patience, I would wait for the whole set to come out, but these books are so good that I just have to get them as soon as they come out, LOL.

One of her BEST YET!!!

Ive been listening to this series since the first series The Vampire Wish and have listened though all of the darkword series. Madow leaves you holding your breathe in anticipation in this one and it's certainly one of THE BEST of them all, and that is saying a lot! CAN'T WAIT FOR NEXT BOOK!!!!

Every single book and series in this story is amazing, and I definitely recommend it. The entire dark world series is absolutely amazing. I have read every book in the series so far.
Okay so I wanted to start off saying that I accidentally read this entire dark world series out of order because I didn't realize there was an order to be had originally because Amazon didn't make that fact very apparent. I accidentally read the angel trials first because Amazon didn't have it listed as multiple series of the same story. Amazon had them listed as completely different stories so after I realized that there was no way the angel trials was the ending to that book or series I decided to read what all the other ones were about and since I had already read some of her other series like the elementals I knew that one couldn't be a part of it but imagine my surprise when I found out that annika's story was actually in the first vampire series and I completely skipped over it. I thought about just going on to the faerie games since I kind of already knew what the outcome was but decided to go back and read Annika and Jason's story and I definitely didn't regret it.
I've noticed the only bad reviews on Amazon are the ones where people don't understand that the entire story goes together and even though each story is its own independent story if you read from the beginning it makes so much more sense and little things that you may not notice or may confuse people who haven't read it are abundantly clear if you actually read from the beginning.
If you read these books and feel confused or didn't want to give it the best review I urge you to go back and read them in order. Vampire, angel, fairy, then dragon. Of course those aren't the names but those are the species you should be looking for LOL.
Each story has the important information you need to understand why each Queen becomes the queen of cups swords wands or pentacles and why she was chosen.
The stories are all fast-paced and amazing.
If you have social media you probably won't make the mistake of accidentally reading them out of order, but unfortunately a hacker got into my Facebook account a few weeks ago and since I read about a book a day I read very quickly and didn't start this series until after my Facebook page was down and normally I would research a series before starting to read it a little bit but since my account's been hacked I've not bothered to make a new one in hopes I'll get my old one back. I'm leaving this review for people who are looking to read the books but also would like to read them in order. If you normally would prefer to read books about one supernatural species over another you might accidentally make the mistake I made and start with the wrong book but I promise you each story is important and you will love all the characters equally. These books are totally worth what I spent between buying them through Amazon and also audible so that I could read and listen and never have to stop reading just because I had to cook dinner or take care of my toddler.
Definitely take the time to check out the first series about Annika and Jason and go in order if you haven't and if you have then you probably aren't reading this review anyway because you already know what to read next in the series.

Another good listen

I listen to audiobooks with Audible instead of the radio anymore. I enjoy being able to consume such great reads that I can’t find the time to hold an ebook or regular book.
I’m always searching for a magic, mayhems, action with light to moderate violence and this series has all this for me and more. I have a buoyed and will continue to enjoy this author and her great talent for my entertainment.
On to another book in this series. I do wish it was a bundle for 1 credit like others.
