All Time Favorite FMC

Brooklyn blew every other FMC out of the water. She is absolutely amazing. I knew I would love this book because I have been dying for Niall's story since we first met him in the KoQ series but I was NOT expecting to fall so hard for Brooklyn. Niall came in a close second, but the sister killed it with Brooklyn.
I wish I could just live in Brooklyn's mind. She is insane, and incredible, and absolutely everything. I don't think I've ever laughed at a character so much. Her inner dialogue is hilarious. There are so many sayings that she just gets wrong. At first I thought, "is this a typo?", but no, Brooklyn is just crazy. She gets everything wrong but believes she is right. And her Spanish interpretations are so much better than the true translations. Her under the bridge stories are gold. She will have you laughing from page one until the end of the book.
Niall is everything I expected. The perfect psycho killer who will keep you on the edge of your seat. I loved getting a look into his past and learning more about his wife and family. He obviously has a soft spot for Brooklyn as he would give in to her demands often and their banter sometimes reminded me of children arguing but was so fun to read.
Mateo is super possessive of Brooklyn. His childhood was pretty dark and he has trouble maintaining control. The hatred between Mateo and Niall is extreme, with good reason, but Brooklyn forces them to at least tolerate each other every once in a while. I'm looking forward to seeing their love for Brooklyn bring them to work together. Which is going to happen because they will both do anything for her. But honestly, who wouldn't?
I can't wait for the next book. I desperately need more Brooklynisms and hot psycho killers. I may name all of the weapons in my house while I am waiting and beg some UK friends to send me some Coco Pops to keep a little Brooklyn in my life.

Troy and Kiera's narration brought out the crazy of all of these characters in the best way. I'm dying for more of this story and hopefully some new character POVS (angry Jack, we need angry Angery Jack in the harem)

Holy! First off, I was in love with Brooklyn before even getting past 1% of the book, hell I didn’t make past the fist page before deciding she is awesome as F! I already loved Niall from The Brutal Boys of Everlake Prep series and he is even better in this book! You learn so much more about him and I need even more in my life. Mateo, I can’t even say enough about Mateo. He is just as twisted as the other two and I can’t wait to get more of his story and see where he goes. It took me longer to get through this book then I had expected. This was one think and long book, but oh so satisfying.

The story is absolutely amazing, complete twisted, and everything I didn’t realized that I needed.

As I have come to expect from these twisted evil geniuses of authors, there is a nice little cliffy at the end of this book, not as horrendous as some they have left us with, but I definitely cannot wait for the next book!

Also definite props to the narrators for this audiobook, Tory & Kiera both do a phenomenal job bringing the characters and story to life.

The only thing I hate is how hard this cliffhanger is and audible doesn’t have the next book!!!

I honestly don't know how the sisters keep so many storylines going at the same time, but I just want more Death Club!

Love this series

So worth the credit! Troy Duran knocks it out of the park as usual. And Kierra is amazing as well. Be warned, the second book changes female narrators and it is upsetting, but still worth the credit to finish the story.
