Absolutely loved this one!

I absolutely loved this story! It pulled me in from beginning to end and held my attention the entire time. I loved getting Karen's story and watching her find (again) a man that truly appreciated and loved her for all that she was. Karen has been dealing with feeling like she isn't enough as her dad has never welcomed her into the ranch life and running the ranch with them. It's come off like it is because she is a woman and that she will never add up. Finn met Karen when he came out one summer to help out at the Whiskey Creek ranch and while they kept things on the down low it definitely heated up. While feelings weren't supposed to be involved they were for both but circumstances stopped Finn from making the move he was going to and Karen never really knew and he is back now and ready to make his move. I loved watching these two come together for their second chance. Finn is pretty open in his intentions when he makes his move and while Karen is hesitant she has her reasons and is trying to work past them. I loved watching the way that things developed and how they supported each other and communicated with what was going on and where they were. They were very supportive and open without pushing too far too early and I loved getting to know Zach, Finn's best friend, better too. This was a great read with plenty to hold your attention and engaging you with the characters. I truly loved this story and loved watching Karen and Finn come together and work everything out. This is probably one of my favorite books set in the Heart Falls series.
The narrator did a great job with the story and the characters.

Second Time Around

The oldest of the Wiskeycreek sisters Karen’s life has been the ranch and showing her Dad she is just as good as the male cousins of the family. After the huge reveal of the long lost sister Karen is spreading her wings and following her heart. Or so she thought was what she wanted when now her heart sees possibilities in the man she thought was a distant memory. Great story with a race to meet a mentors deadline, sabotage, and really knowing what your heart wants. Really love the Coleman’s whether in Rocky Mountain or Heart Falls.

Great series - highly recommended!

Love this series! Believable characters and story lines and I’m being introduced to life in Canada! The dynamics in each Coleman line and cousins are just enough different to give a great experience to the reader while getting to revisit Characters from previous stories. If you like series and romance- this series is a must!

Love the Colman’s and listening to Karen and Finns story was amazing. When Finn needs help getting his dude ranch up and running he gos to Karen for help. You get so much going on from love and romance to secrets and sabotage. Great from start to finish. The narration was good.

Entertaining plot.

I found like all the books before this one once it got started
it was near impossible to not devalued it in one setting.
There’s drama suspense fun and of cause plenty of romance
with heat to it.
The narrator has done an outstanding job of bringing the hole book alive.
