Thank you for the story and then steps to identify and bring clarity to my core values. Historically, I had leaned to choose 3 from a list but this brings more awareness to why my core values are what they are and when things are not in alignment. Before I had still felt stuck. I tried to give it a shot. However, I was disappointed by the amount of filler material. I think the lessons are well taken, but hard to stick with it through the extraneous and lengthy details.
