With such participation we can collectively imagine, examine, choose, and shape the most desirable future of our cities.

Wonderfully optimistic bordering on utopian

I was wary through a lot of it but it was redeemed a bit with covering the issues of hacking in a digital world. the work itself could have bended from these concerns being woven into the text rather than tacked on to the end.
