Great story

I am always a fan of Sherlock Holmes. And while there was some interaction with Holmes, the majority of this book was about a young lady named Tessa and a Druidess named Ghana. it is a well thought out book. I loved this book.

A very good story

Okay, honestly, this is not a Sherlock Holmes' story. It's Tessa Wiggins' story, in which Holmes and Watson have a, somehow, important role. Now that that point has been clarified, I must say that this is a great story.

I liked the idea of the cult of Celtic women warriors, the mystic aspects of it and the reflection about the validity of seeking vengeance.

And although it wasn't the main focus of the story, I also enjoyed the relationship between Holmes and Tessa.

Rebecca Reed's narration is good, well-paced and emotionally accurate. Sadly, she fails when it comes to making the different characters' voices distinctive, particularly when they are male voices.

In short, this may not be a Sherlock Holmes' story but is a great, entertaining story about a young woman finding her path in life.
