Incredible life story and an amazing mindset!

It was intriguing to learn how Alan approached and planned his investments, his daily routines, and how his courage, ambition, hard work, focus and ability to pivot brought about incredible life experiences and stratospheric success!

Future famous author

Alan is definitely someone with a extraordinary story. His teachings come from personal experiences and the heart. This is a man who wants to help others for the sake of helping. Definitely one of the most amazing life stories I heard, and I predict he will known worldwide one day.

Yes, The Author really deliver the message 10x stronger through his voice.

I would compare this book to a practical version of "Rich Dad Poor Dad", while rich dad poor dad is a great book, it left you hanging with a mindset and not a clear action step. This book lay out exactly what step a person took from buying his 1st single family houses to become a multi-millionaires own apartments and strip malls

Have you listened to any of Alan Schnur’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

I have not listen to any of Alan Schnur books, this is the 1st book and it is already exceed my expectation.

Thank you so much for spending your time reading this book. It is always better to have the author read the book instead of a 3rd party version. The only comment that I have is the chronicle order of the chapters. Sometimes I got lost because the author was referring back to different event in the book multiple times for different lesson learned and don't know when or where he is at in his life. But overall a perfect must read book for everyone

A good lesson in starting small and growing bigger

I've listened to this book twice now. Haven't gotten into real estate yet, but I soon will.

Sit at the feet of a master

The biography of deal makers is always fascinating to me. The only thing missing was a detailed description of Alan’s “business pods” and a details on how Alan manages people, as this is the major bottleneck for me growing my business. Maybe in book #2?

Practical, encouraging, authentic

What did you like best about this story?

Morning routine is a game changer. Also many insightful and simple steps to accomplish most any goals in the real-estate space.

What do you think the narrator could have done better?

Some arrangement / editing issues and audio but I've met Alan and know he's the real deal. Was able to overlook a few things for an excellent message... similar to Rich Dad Poor Dad.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Yes and I'll most likely listen to it regularly. He gives a lot of great ideas in quick succession. Had to backup and take "mental notes" a few times... really golden stuff.

Alan is sincere, humble and very successful. He obviously loves his family, seems to have a great outlook on life and he gladly shares what he's learned. I"m thankful for his contribution to my personal and business life through his books and personal stories. Sent the book to my niece today as she's buying her first investment property. Highly recommended.
