So Perry Mason agreed to a code of identification based on her measurements: 36-24-36. But according to Della Street, the figures were padded, and as it turned out, so was everything the client said. Certainly the bag full of cash she carries isn't shopping money. All the mystery-woman asks is that Perry Mason make himself available for a few days in case she needs him - for what purpose, she remains silent as a grave. In fact, his headstrong client is headed for disaster - not only into a blackmailer's clutches but into a lethal trap from which not even Perry Mason's brilliant courtroom sorcery may be able to extricate her. Always Mason
I really enjoyed the narrative. The voice of the female characters always causes a smile due the tone. The plots flow really well and it feels like you are actually listening to the original series in that time period.

Beware Kindle Automatic Book Updates!
I bought this Book/Audiobook in August of 2019 and have read/listened to it many times. I enjoy the sync feature so I can read/listen. I got all the books available along with the audiobooks (55 or 54 total...the rest of the 84 book series were no longer available 😥). In August of 2020 Kindle did an update on 23 of the Perry Mason books and now I can no longer sync these 23 books with the audiobook companion. I called both Kindle and Audible to help fix the problem, but have not heard anything back yet. Anyway...If you have the kindle/Audible sync I recommend turning off the Automatic Book Updates feature and do the updates manually...but I wouldn't do an update on any of the combos if I were you...you risk loosing the audible part. This is one of my favorite PM books. Happy reading/listening.
