great read for Christian business owners

if you're seeking to be honorable as you build a business or as you engage with employees this is a great book for you.

my biggest breakthroughs were the idea of not having secrets as a leader. Also, with every end of the book author talks about how he forgave his father and created new connections. I think I value this book because it talks about how your personal life affects business.

I wouldn't say it was one of my favorites mainly because it didn't seem super inspirational. and there were a lot of great stories but it was a bit of a struggle to finish reading through it.

if your main goal is to create an honoring business culture then this is a great the book for you. if you're new to business you can benefit greatly from this but it is more of a leadership book.
