Solid story and reading

I’m a big fan of Connelly and Harry Bosch. Bosch is an imperfect and intriguing character. The book is brought to life by Welliver’s reading. This is lighter, not as dark as other Bosch stories. Worth listening to to deepen one’s understanding of Bosch.

Good

Liked the book. Not one of Connelly's best, but enjoyable. The narrator did a good job.

Welliver is as believable as a narrator as he is at acting as Harry on Bosch.

I love the way the two crimes wind up entangled. It is the fateful twist that propels this story of power, greed, and money to another notch for Harry, although he manages to wind up out of step with the brass, again.

Another excellent adventure with Harry Bosch and this time with Detective Lucia 'Lucy' Soto!!! Love it!!!!
Titus Welliver is BOSCH!!!
The only that I didn't like was parts of the AUDIBLE book was removed or edited out and sometimes even changed compared to the book! Very disappointed in subtraction of a lot of details! Rp

Great story!!

First audible audio book, and I loved it! The performance was on point with the mood of the story being read.

Mesmerizing!

I have listened to a few of Michael Connelly's novels & this is the first one narrated by Titus Welliver, who plays Bosch in the Amazon series I have heard. He does a fantastic job of telling the story! I can see the story better hearing Bosch's voice.

Suspense that is a joy to read.

Excellent story, well read, enjoyable listen. This is my first Michael Connelly book and I am about to get another.

The best Bosch reader!

I had not discovered the series until it became the Amazon hit show. Now I am enjoying the varied adventures of the characters but feel that Titus Welliver is the best reader of the series. I know there have been others but I still like his readings best.
