I enjoyed the book

It was definitely worth listening to all three. I felt like the last book (this one) was kind of a let down. The end felt rushed, like there should have been more. The other two had had an epilogue, I was waiting for them to use Mana to reassemble her arm (which Costa had dropped on the floor) or for her to speak with the big boss, or one of a thousand different things that could have happened. It left me with more questions, and devoid of satisfaction that the characters so carefully created by Jeanine did not fulfill the most basic expectations at the end. That being said up until that point the book was fantastic. Even with the slight let down at the end I recommend it and as usual the book and story are Jeannine's and we don't always get the answer we seek from stories written by another. It's not Cat and Bones but it's good just the same!

I was hesitant to read this series, saw on here and figured I would listen since it is part of the premium books.

The series exceeded my expectations on a angel demon romance series. I’m glad I listened.

Enjoyed it!

The Brightest Embers finds Ivy and Adrien once again on a perilous quest. The story is filled with adventure, battles, heartache, love, & a few twists. The story is well written with world escaping adventure and likable characters. The narrator did a fantastic job providing unique voices for each character and appropriate tone inflections for each scene.

I love this series!

This series was great! It made me laugh, cry, mad, and brought forth many other emotions. I’m never disappointed by Jeanine Frost books….

Great ending!

In the final book of the Broken Destiny series, Ivy and Adrian continue their search for the last of the 3 hollowed weapons. The third weapon is the most powerful, so it naturally has Ivy questioning whether it’s worth risking her life for the possibility of saving countless humans from the demon realm. Ivy definitely had some shining moments of being a strong and brave female lead, but then there were also moments of insecurity and selfishness which I guess is to be expected when facing the challenges she was. Adrian was still my favorite, Jeaniene Frost does an amazing job of writing the best male lead characters! The ending was great, but I do wish we would have gotten a little epilogue to know how things were going.

Tavia Gilbert did an excellent job narrating! She always exudes so much emotion that it really brings the characters to life! Her narration brought my rating from 3.5 to 4 stars!

Good book

I really enjoyed this series. It is a good love story filled with epic battles, good and evil, and even the dark and light we fight within ourselves. While there are a few hot and steamy love scenes, it is more about the love the main characters share than it is about the sex. I think it has great characters and was well written. The narrator uses so much passion in her voice it really pulls you in.
