I listened to it twice. a lot of useful info about our psychology and how we can "manipulate" people nicely into better communication. Great tips. Very useful. I will apply them.

Professor Allison is very interesting to listen to. Other professors are boring and made me fall asleep. She, on the other hand, made it more interesting. Maybe it is the topic I find interesting. But she explained well in Layman's term.

Great listen, easy to understand

This course was so pleasant to listen to as the narrator really knew her topic and really wanted to help others understand what they had to share. I listened to it in half hour segments over the course of a few weeks and got great value from it but was also able to stop and start easily as well. Solidified some stuff I knew about communications and taught mee tremendous ideas for my future communications!
