The most amazing book!

I truly hope everyone I know will listen or read this book. It was unbelievable and honestly will remain my favorite book. The stories shared aren’t just words but gifts and I truly can’t think of a single soul that wouldn’t benefit from this book. I love that it was Sheri who narrated this novel.. the hours flew by and it felt like hearing a friend give you wisdom and kindness. Her words gently nudging to never give up hope and to keep your heart open to the universe and a reminder that love is what connects us all. It’s a beautiful book that’s transformative and energizing - treat yourself to experiencing it. :)

Beautifully Narrated Journey

I’ve never written a review before. This book deserves its accolades for helping those of us on our own paths of transcendence without being preachy. She shared in a way that shines a light on reflecting on all the things that make us unique and allows you to find your own path through.

Loved it so much I recommended it to my daughter, a 26 year old multidisciplinary artist, director and dog mom. I thought there were several things I’d want her to hear at this stage.

Beautiful No is a Yes read or listen!! I cried and laughed and most important, saw much of myself. i heard whatbI needed to hear to accept and love myself no matter what. An amazing book to match the amazing podcast!

The Beautiful No

I have been waiting with great anticipation to hear Sheri tell her story. Bits and pieces have been discussed on her Pillar Life podcast and I have enjoyed every minute and wanted more details and this book delivers. I am so happy she reads her own words. The end is a creative metaphor to taking a moment to shift our gaze in life to seek new ways of finding what we need. I am excited for us women who listen and try new ways to grow and change in this middle life time of transformation.

The beautiful invitation to reflect and dream

Candor, vulnerability, and guts. As well as the ability to weave a really good story. Where do you take it as the tail of another interesting human, or an invitation and inspiration to grow, this book is worth a listen!

A Beautiful Read

What a book! It was soothing, magnificent, mind probing, thought-provoking, a road map of sorts, and very relatable for anyone in mid life. I happen to be the same age as Ms. Salata, so a lot of her book spoke directly to me. It was deeply personal, full of truth, honesty, and vulnerability. You will laugh, cry, and howl! It’s a beautiful visual storytelling of the journey to emotional, physical and spiritual healing and growing your way to complete wholeness, acceptance, love and joy.

“The Beautiful No” had me feeling all sorts of emotions, especially an appreciation for all of my own beautiful no’s. Sheri is a storyteller and an inspiration- the type of woman who makes you feel that you too can do anything you dream up! FYI If you want more of this goodness, her podcast “The Sheri + Nancy Show” with bestie Nancy is off the charts fantastic!
