Best relaxation tool.
I find the sound of ocean waves to be very relaxing. Not only it is relaxing but also I use it to help my husband to sleep, He has had problems sleeping for some time.

from now this is my favorite.
I was scanning through the audible to find a perfect book for my therapy and I was lucky to bump into something like this. I was very relaxed during the period of my therapy because of the gentle sound of the waves.
