Just a great love story! 🥰

I don't have words! I loved this book so much. I was consumed by this book from the moment I started listening!! The narrators are perfect!! Jason and Chloe are such a good match! I was rooting for them from the very beginning!! So glad they got their HEA! Mimi was AWESOME!! Love her! 💙💜

Jason is SWOONY!

This was so fun and sweet!

After the complete downfall of their father, this entire family is trying to find normalcy again, and seeing them thriving after that event warms my heart.

Jason and Chloe were so perfect together, and the way they both fell into their roles as husband and wife was so cute. I think my favorite thing about this story was Chloe. She has spent so much of her life sacrificing for her family and the moment Jason realizes the gravity of her situation and sacrifice, he devotes his life to her and making her feel all the love and appreciation she never realized she needed.

His love for her gives her permission to be vulnerable and to rely on another person while her love for him gave him purpose in his life he didn't realize was missing. I resonate with Chloe so much as a caregiver myself and pray I find a man one day who can be accepting and loving the way that Jason is. 🙏

Sebastian York is one of my all-time FAVORITE narrators and Amy McFadden is fairly new to me but she was a fantastic Chloe.

Jason is a serious book boyfriend... honestly, he's the perfect book HUSBAND! He makes me believe just the tiniest bit that maybe it's out there for me too 😍. But seriously, this was such a good read.

Loved Chloe and Jason!

The Arrangement by Adriana Locke was a sweet and sexy marriage of convenience/age gap romance that I devoured in one sitting. I couldn't get enough of Chloe and Jason's workplace romance and their hilarious, hot, and heartfelt journey to HEA.

Amy McFadden and Sebastian York performed this audiobook in dual narration. Amy captured Chloe's determined feisty personality perfectly as she went after what she truly desired. Sebastian's deep resonating tone encompassed Jason's loyal loving and charismatic demeanor. Both narrators created a longing and tension between Chloe and Jason was undeniable and meant to be!

Overall I enjoyed this book. If you are a fan of an age-gap romance with a hunky billionaire hero and a willing and alluring EA heroine with all the humorous family shenanigans, a Vegas wedding, all the steamy times, and a HEA that will simply make you smile, then you will love Chloe and Jason's romance! I always look forward to more from Adriana Locke.

loved Jason Brewer's book!

Thanks so much to Adriana Locke and Valentine PR for the audio copy of The Arrangement! I love listening to Adriana’s books- they’re always very familiar and comforting and The Arrangement was no different. The book was great and the narrators really brought Chloe and Jason to life!
 
The Arrangement series is focused on the Brewer family, this time on Jason Brewer and his executive assistant, Chloe. After a bet with his brothers to marry for 6 months, Jason is in a little bit of a pickle. Enter Chloe, his childhood friend who is barely living paycheck to paycheck and could use a little cash. Getting married to her childhood (and current) crush and getting out of debt along the way sounds like the dream plan for her, but unknown to either party, mutual pining may make this marriage not so fake. I’m a sucker for a good marriage-of-convenience and getting married in Vegas trope so I was just along for the ride! This book was cute, funny, and a fun time for sure! I can’t wait for the next book in the series and I hope you all love it as much as I did!

He Falls first, yes please!

I absolutely love a story line where he falls first. Jason Brewer does not disappoint with this trope either. He is so far gone before there was even a romance being written for him and Chloe. Seeing him step in and be there for her in ways she doesn't even fully see. I love how the story develops to give them a chance to see something beyond the walls they built around themselves. As usual with an Adriana Locke book the Brewer family is large and loud when it comes to finding love. If it is worth doing, it is worth doing big right? I am so excited to see what is next for the Brewer family.

Loved this fun, emotional and steamy romance!

I absolutely devoured this age-gap, 'Marriage of Convenience' romance! I fell hard for Jason and Chloe, and loved their beautiful journey together. Chloe was friends with Jason's younger siblings, but when they meet years later as adults, they connect instantly and become friends with Jason hiring her to be his assistant. They are both wildly attracted to each other but never act on it. When events happen, they both need each other to enter into a short term marriage. They both are eager to make it as real as possible, and enjoy each other while it lasts. But Jason has plans to prove to Chloe that she is precious to him and convince her that he is in it forever. Will Chloe fall for her sweet, thoughtful and sexy boss, or will she walk at the end? There was so much to love about this delightful romance with it's compelling characters, heartfelt story, fun banter, and loads of hot sizzling chemistry! Jason is a fierce protector of those he cares for and he made my heart skip a beat with how romantic he was as he took care of Chloe's every need. Chloe is smart, and caring, and it was fun watching her challenge Jason and give in to love. I also loved Jason's family who are hilarious, and unconditionally loving and supportive.
Sebastian York, Amy McFadden brought this story to life so beautifully. They did a terrific job delivering Locke's witty banter, and capturing each characters personality, and I love the emotion, and passion they brought to their performances as well.
This fun, emotional and steamy romance is so engaging, and totally addicting! It is pure magic that captured my heart and made me completely happy!

The Arrangement

The Arrangement is the second book in the Brewer Family series. This book is about Jason and Chloe and is told from both of their points of view. This book is a boss/employee fake relationship.

Chloe works for Jason and is basically his second in command. She is also the single caretaker of her ailing grandmother. She is struggling, and when one of Jason's brothers bets him he can't get married and stay married for 6 months for a sum of money, Chloe is down to take on the bet to get some of the money to help her out.

Part of this bet means they have to live together and make their relationship seem real to others. What happens when real feelings start to develop? Will their friendship turn to more? What happens when the 6 months is up?

I really enjoyed this book, and loved the banter between the two characters, as well as the character growth.

Fun, lightearted marriage of convenience

This was such a fun and lighthearted romance. The romance, banter, and overall low drama kept a smile on my face. There was a dose of a cross-over plot point from the previous book in the series, but I was able to read this as a standalone without feeling like I missed something.

I loved listening to the audiobook performed by Sebastian York and Amy McFadden. They do a great job bringing the story and characters to life. I found myself finding an excuse to listen longer…until I finished the whole book in a day.

Jason Jason Jason, FINALLY!

Jason! I have been waiting anxiously for his story, and I absolutely was not disappointed! Performed in dual narration, Sebastian York is ALWAYS a favorite narrator choice, and he did a fantastic job of bringing Jason to life, while also portraying all of the other fun characters. Amy McFadden is a new to me narrator, and she was great as Chloe!

Chloe is a character that everyone can love. She's strong willed, loves hard, but has been hurt badly in the past and is doubtful of a forever kind of love. Well, Jason is the perfect man to change her mind on that one. He's put off his happiness long enough, and when a ridiculous bet made with his brothers comes along, Chloe steps up as the perfect candidate for the 6 month period. Talk about the perfect opportunity presenting itself! Well, when Jason puts his mind to gaining forever with Chloe, he more than succeeds.

What a fun listen! I devoured it in one sitting - it's a quick, spicy, enjoyable audio that Adriana always succeeds at writing. Cannot wait for the next book!

Amazing story with phenomenal narration!

I loved reading the book and just finished the audiobook and it is fantastic! I love how narrators take the authors words and deliver a whole new experience. Sebastian York and Amy McFadden deliver a phenomenal performance. They give the characters perfect voice, emotion and personality. They are so talented and I really enjoyed this book through their voices.

Gotta love a workplace romance, fake marriage and all the swoon and spice! This is a fun and quick read that will be steaming up your kindle, make you laugh and fall in love with this story.

Jason and Chloe are both so strong, stubborn and willing to do the craziest thing to help one another. Jason has a tender heart, is a hard worker and will stop at nothing to protect those he loves.

Chloe is so sassy and strong…she is in a bit of a financial pickle but doesn’t want a handout. The way this story unfolds…the confessions, the passion and ultimate love is amazing!

Love the Brewer family, they support one another, give each other mega crap but love each other so fiercely. Their conversation and banter are so funny and delightful.
