Was this abridged?

careful if selecting from the "Next in the series" list... I don't recall sing that this was abridged, but it was much shorter than I expected.

Excellent writer!

If you like "detective books" you will love this one! Get anything written by her--she is really an excellent writer! Her books never drag and always a good story!

Great book/author

Really enjoyed this book; fast paced/unexpected-suspensful twists- really like this author; never a boring moment

Great sequel to the Surgeon

Narrator was perfect, plot near perfect-just a little predictable. I wish I had been more careful when selecting this book, as it was abridged. I don’t like abridgments-missed some important parts to the story-details I would have liked hearing. However, onto book 3, as long as it’s not abridged. Otherwise, I get the Kindle version or paperback.
