It skips the drawn-out theory and gets straight into stuff you can apply to your life and relationships immediately. Not therapy...but it’s definitely a helpful tool if you’re trying to break patterns and understand yourself better. This book can help you have happier relationships.

I learned a lot about myself with this workbook. It’s broken up in a way that works well for short listening sessions, which is good because I could only absorb and process so much at one time.
