evangelizing in a new era

very easy storyline; quite endearing in fact. but as a Catholic what I loved is how the realities of living our faith plays out for youbg people, priests/religious, gay people, divorcees, fallen away catholics.... we all need to open our hearts --- ideally with some spiritual direction along the way --- to discover Jesus in all things in our not so perfect existence! Charming tale of discovery

Father Martin is a superb writer, but I felt the novel not his strongest product. Yet I enjoyed it because I really enjoy James MartinSJ

This priest has a wonderful gift. I found his book edifying and very touching, well written, with beautiful imagery.... a helpful stimulating intellectual exercise.

I listened to the book in 2 days. A beautiful novel with gentle Spirituality woven through it. I highly recommend it.

A non fiction gem

I finally listened to this after downloading it many moons ago. So glad I did. I have enjoyed all Fr Jim’s books. He is a great author and narrator.
