You're exhausted, overwhelmed, and running on empty—but finding time to open a book feels impossible. What if you could transform your commute, morning routine, or household chores into moments of spiritual renewal?

This 52-week audio devotional is for busy, overwhelmed moms who are stretched thin and wondering if peace and purpose are just for other women.

Author Rachel Wright—fellow mom and women's health advocate—meets you in the chaos with biblical truth, practical wisdom, and abundant grace. No guilt. No impossible standards. Just a year-long journey of discovering your identity in Christ, creating sustainable rhythms, building authentic community, and embracing your God-given purpose.

WHAT YOU'LL DISCOVER:

Weeks 1-13: Identity and God's Heart

• Rediscover who you are beyond the roles you fill, anchored in the God who sees every sacrifice.

Weeks 14-26: Rhythm, Rest, and Time

• Create sustainable daily rhythms that honor God. Learn why rest is a holy act of resistance.

Weeks 27-39: Relationships and Community

• Build the village you're craving, nurture your marriage, and discover the courage to ask for help.

Weeks 40-52: Purpose and Legacy

• Embrace every season with confidence, from toddler chaos to launching teens to discovering purpose beyond active parenting.

Each week includes Scripture-grounded devotionals, practical steps, reflection questions, and Grace Notes—your weekly permission to release perfectionism and rest in God's love.

PERFECT FOR: Personal listening during daily routines, moms in any season from newborn fog to empty nest, women craving deeper faith but struggling to find time.

Listen while driving, folding laundry, or walking. Let this companion meet you in the mess and remind you: You're not failing. You're faithful. And God's grace is more than enough.

Can be paired with print or ebook for journaling and small groups.

Being a mom, a working woman, and a community leader can feel like a full-time job, one that can sometimes push faith to the side. Even when you’re the spiritual leader of your family, finding time to stay in touch with God can be difficult. But there is always room to nurture our inner faith, and this audiobook is a great help because it teaches that you don’t need to dedicate hours each day.

I love the focus on how, with just one lesson each week, you can exercise your faith at home while doing chores, picking up the kids from school, or even during self-care time. The reflection about why two are better than one, and how to understand people rather than simply tolerate them, was very touching. Thank you for sharing it in this audiobook.

I’m thinking this book can also be a great resource for community Bible gatherings, so I found another use for it. I really liked the discussion questions, perfect for sparking a little gamification within the group.

I loved the focus on grace and realism throughout this book. The goal was for Moms to establish consistent connection with God through micro-habits. (Is that a word? But I think you know what I mean.) That's certainly attainable using this resource. The group questions make it a good option for Moms' groups. But the devotional covers motherhood from dealing with infants to the empty nest. That's a LOT of territory. Certainly there are big themes that run all the way through those 18+ years. It gives younger mothers a glimpse of what lies ahead, But I hope this author does future devotionals with narrower focus windows, like Moms with tweens or toddlers. I believe that deeper dive would be even more impactful for Moms.

This book contained so many beautiful devotionals. The thing I loved most is that it taught you how you should think and they were the perfect length as well.

Listening to this devotional felt like having someone sit beside me instead of speaking at me. It understands exhaustion in a way that feels lived in, not theoretical. The kind of exhaustion that comes from constantly caring for others while quietly wondering where you fit into your own life.

What I appreciated most is the absence of pressure. There is no push to do more, be more, or fix yourself. The tone is reassuring and steady, offering Scripture and reflection in a way that feels accessible rather than overwhelming. It meets you exactly where you are, whether you are listening during a commute, while folding laundry, or in the few quiet minutes before the day begins.

The structure works beautifully for busy lives. The weekly themes build naturally, moving from identity and rest into relationships and purpose without rushing the process. Each section feels intentional and grounded in grace, especially the reminders that rest is not failure and that faithfulness often looks ordinary.

Rachel Wright writes with compassion and realism, and the narration supports that tone well. It feels warm, gentle, and encouraging rather than instructional. The reflections are thoughtful without being heavy, making it easy to listen consistently without feeling behind or inadequate.

This devotional does not promise to remove chaos. Instead, it offers peace within it. It reminds you that showing up imperfectly still counts, that God sees the small moments, and that grace is present even on the days you feel depleted. For overwhelmed moms in any season, this feels less like a program and more like steady companionship.
