The 2 Minute Drill is a great refresher to call upon multiple times throughout one’s career. Key leadership concepts are often overlooked in the throes of our daily tasks. This book highlights them and provides the framework for leadership application and employee development within any organization.

Great read for aspiring or experienced Leaders

I really like how the author broke down leadership into manageable, understandable chunks of information. Further, he used up to date leadership principles for a ever changing, post-covid environment.
For the record, I’m a buy every property I land on type of guy!
