It's all about the team!

This book is money! It doesn't matter what type of business or team you are trying to build. I have had the pleasure to build teams, some teams have collapsed and other have stuck together and I've always wondered why? it's simple, create a solid team with good chemistry, some will stay and some will leave. this book is a must read/listen to. I would use some of this material to train my team and apply some of the principles.

Great book for anyone! It has specific focus but that can be applied to almost anyone if they try. John Maxwell knocks it out if the park again!
