a wonderful love story

A wonderfully well written fun, easy quick read. The characters are likeable with an interesting storyline and definetly steamy encounters. The romance started slow when connecting on dating site where they get to know each other thru texts and phone calls. With obstacles to overcome and se to rets that could destroy what the have on their way to a HEA. this was an awesome narration really making me feeling everything the author was wanting to portray. A great must listen to

J.P. Comeau has a 5-star on her hands with this one. This is the story of Graham and Katie. Graham is the CEO of Midwest a brokage company and Mary is a ballerina at Julliard school of dance in New York. They both set up profiles on the same dating app. A while after Katie sets up her profile she gets a hit for a chat. She clicks on it and she starts to chat with Graham. They find they have a lot in common with each other. On one chat Graham tells her he is coming to New York that weekend and he wants to meet in person. Graham asks for her number so he can call her when he lands. When they meet there is an instant attraction between them and they start seeing each other. It is hard for Graham since in the two months he has been with Katie he has only seen her three times. She calls him one day and asks to see him, he tells her he can be there that night when he gets to her apartment she tells him she is pregnant. This is going to create a problem for them since Katie's father Allen is the president of the board at the company Graham works at and Allen doesn't like Graham. They keep the pregnancy from Katie's parents. Graham leaves his job because it is upsetting Katie so much.
Will Katie get up the nerve to tell her parents that she is with Graham and about the baby?
What will happen between Graham and Katie's father Allen when he finds out about Katie and Graham?
This audiobook was wonderful and I would recommend it to anyone.

This is my first listen for J P Comeau, and I liked the story ...had a mix of everything, sweetness, angst and HEA...I would recommend this book for a good read or listen...the only con I have is single narrator who didn’t change their voice at all so for me if I was doing something while I listened I had to focus a bit more, narrator did have a nice sounding voice

Sweet romance!

Player CEO, Graham, decides he's tired of the game of a player. Kady, a ballerina about to graduate, find each other through a dating app. I liked that they got to know each other through the app before ever meeting. Problem, Kady is the daughter of a board member of Graham's company and one who doesn't like him. However, they have a connection to fight for and they do. I do love that they stood by each other even after her dad's irate tirade. Happily ever after never looked so good!

Great story

A fun, easy quick audible. The storyline and characters were defiantly engaging with steamy encounters. The narration was also well done and brought the characters to life.

I didn’t like how it started but the love the story!! It was very thought out and perfect

It’s very flirty and sexy & emotional and romantic

I enjoyed the story. It’s very flirty and sexy, but also quite emotional and romantic. Too bad the narrator wasn’t good enough for it.

I loved that the characters meet quite late in the story, and that they fall for each other through their online conversations. Of course, they send each other pictures--even a dick pic :D--so they know they like each other physically, but it’s nice to see the way their feelings grow without meeting. There’s a strong connection between the characters, and lots of chemistry.

It’s suggested there’s a bit of age gap, but I wasn’t able to understand how much. That, and the fact that there’s a work relation between Graham and Kady’s father, are the only way it can be considered a forbidden romance. No weird family relationship here.

There’s a pregnancy though, and although we aren’t given most of the details, it isn’t brushed over either, and I enjoyed the way Graham takes care of Kady.

It’s quite short, and very sweet, and quite sexy, so you can check it out :D

Sweet forbidden romance

I really enjoyed listening to this forbidden romance. It was nice seeing Graham putting away his "manwhore" ways and finding love and family with Katy...the narrator was good but could have been great if she could had some intonation. it was hard to tell who was speaking sometimes between characters

Touching, sweet, and incredibly tender story!!

Text Me a Kiss AUDIO BOOK by J. P. Comeau and narrated by Natalie May. This is the story of Graham and Kady. Kady is a ballet student at Julliard. She hopes to be a Prima ballerina someday. She meets Graham through a dating app and they share a wondrous night. He discovers that she is the daughter of the company in which he is the CEO. This creates a series of mishaps and situations that create a wonderful story!!! My only problem with the book was the narrator, Natalie May…her voice was somewhat irritating and the strange (though not incorrect) pronunciation of words was distracting to the story. For example, the word ‘against’…while not incorrectly pronounced, was a strange way to say the word. Many words were similarly pronounced and just made listening difficult.

That said, I LOVE JP Comeau and have read MANY of her stories!!! This is another wonderful one!!!

Kady and Graham meet through a dating site and have an immediate attraction. Things are going well for the couple until Graham finds out that Kady's dad his boss. This was my first listen to a book by J. P. Comeau and I really enjoyed the story. Graham's change from a manwhore to a devoted boyfriend was a little quick, but it worked for this book. The only thing that would have made this audio book better would to be a different narrator. The narration was a distraction and it was hard to tell when a character changed in a conversation.

I was given this audio book at my request and am voluntarily leaving my honest opinion.
