Surprising

THe story does not pull any punches. It made me think about decisions I make and the consequences therof

Horrible narration

The story was just ok, disappointing in that very little takes place in Venice. The main drawback was that the narrator resorted to shouting in lieu of coming up with believable voices and accents, especially for the male characters.
