Interesting and deep insights into management science from the army general. I enjoyed it snd I can recommend it.

Thought provoking thesis that can transform the way you think about organizations and leadership.

I enjoyed that McChrystal himself narrates the chapter summaries. The one down side is that the non-audio versions come with diagrams to explain the concepts, which can be tedious to refer to while listening.

Easy to relate but could do with more examples. Clear dictation and stoked the interest of the learning mind.
