A must have for parents of teenagers. It's very helpful for parents who are suffering in life and want to protect their kids from family problems and have healthy kids.

Informative and easy to resonate with
This book is absolutely necessary for young children to develop a positive strong mindset. Learning what a growth mindset vs fixed mindset is, has not only helped me figure out myself, but has given me hope and confidence that I can fix my own mindset as well as help young ones develop theirs! I’m a wellness coach so this is perfect to apply to clients as well when learning about them!! Great book!
