Tragic past, friends, love made for a good story.

I loved Kate's independence, her determination to do her job the way she wanted, and how she treated all her clients, like people. Hunter had such a tough time dealing with his past, yet he was a team player, worked hard for the team, and was loyal. My heart hurt for his pain and struggle to overcome everything and find his place in hockey and with Kate. There were steamy moments and several secondary characters to entertaining and help heal. I enjoyed the story and recommend it.

The narrators, Lauren Sweet and Rock Engle, did a wonderful job bringing this story to life. The voices of all the characters were kept fairly distinct, and I could picture who was speaking.

Hot Hockey Romance

I loved Talk Hockey To Me! The Bears Hockey series is a lovely tribute to the Humboldt Broncos hockey team.

This audiobook is spectacular. Lauren Sweet and Rock Engle do a wonderful job bringing the world of Bears hockey off the page. Their hysterical, authentic performances bring Hunter & Kate to life perfectly!

With small connections to her Chicago Aces series, Kelly brings in the nostalgia while allowing the Bears Hockey series to stand out as a unique, heartbreaking, utterly sweet hockey romance series. Talk Hockey to Me is funny, full of steam, and genuinely illuminates some of the real struggles of the NHL.
