I thoroughly enjoyed this book and want to read more in the series about the town of Magic!

Paranormal Romance done right

This is Book 2 of the Magic, New Mexico series, but it takes place before Touch of Frost. This is the love story of Joseph and Jonah’s parents, Simon and Tory. It’s hot without being overly explicit, in keeping with Smith’s other books.
Brenin does a very decent job of narration, as with all SES books.
Well worth the time and money if you like this genre.

Fun Series paranormal romance to enjoy

Loved the fun interaction of the varied magical people. A good addition to the Magic town series.
This story just makes you want more Magic stories please!!
Enjoyed this Prequel to Book 1 and you got to find out how Jonas and Jonah “the twins” parents met.
Great audio. I am on to Book 3 Alexandru’s Kiss - Tory’s brother.

Girls Just Want to Have Fun

Tori is a new character in the Magic, New Mexico series. We did meet her great-aunt Topper back in Lacey's book, Touch of Frost and I am glad that we got to see more of Topper.

This book was super short but it did give us a lot of information within it and it also introduces us to more characters. I enjoyed Tori and I enjoyed Simon. Simon is the typical werewolf however he thinks he is the only supernatural being and I can understand that because his previous Alpha never told him any different.

I enjoyed the fact that Tori was not infatuated with him at all in the beginning. All she wanted to do was be an independent woman and enjoy the fact that she is no longer in her small hometown. Like Cyndi Lauper say, Girls Just Want to Have Fun.

I am 100% invested in the series and I hope there are tens and tens and tens books from the series because there are just so many people in Magic New Mexico.

Great Story But ...

Here is another series & this time can't get the rest on Audible or Amazon. This sucks. Enjoy the author but she always seems to leave the reader hanging.

Fun book

This is a cute little love story with engaging characters. The narrator does a good job with the voices and it’s an overall fairly predictable but fun story.

should have been longer

definitely a fun look, wish the story was longer, it was a fun read. waiting to see if Yusuf it's his story

Loved this story!!

It was so creative, exciting and I wanted more!! I am on to the next book in this series.

I felt a little let down. I enjoy listening to and reading her stories but this one seemed to missing something.
